It was now time for the reception which was held at a private residence in East London. A giant tent provided ample space for the nearly 200 strong attendees. With Dali being from America and Junior being South African, a name giving ceremony was also held. It was here that Dali would be given her new Xhosa name. The traditional African dancers also added a fantastic energy to the event with their incredibly energetic presence. The speeches were of the highest level, something I always pay attention to at weddings for some reason. Junior’s father in particular delivered a show stopper. A performance which matched his delivery at his daughters wedding two years prior. This was a wonderful wedding to be part of and Junior & Dali, we wish you all the best for the future, wherever on the globe it might be.
